Rubric for student articles

 

Each article is worth up to 25 points.

 

Students earn up to 10 points for the overall completeness of the article, based on previous guidelines. Articles must describe their topics history, general information, and cultural aspects of the topic. Article must be the students' own interpretation and cover the topic thoroughly and effectively

 

Students earn up to 10 points for the overall look of the article. Articles must be formatted properly with standard fonts, have pictures that complement and enhance the text, and be easy to read. Articles must also be spell-checked and have proper sentence and paragraph structure.

 

Students earn up to 5 points for having a complete and properly formattted bibliography.
