What is the Role of Food in Human Society?

This is a collaborative project for students enrolled in Mr. Silva's World Studies class at Lindblom Math & Science Academy in Chicago, IL. The purpose of this site is twofold. First we are learning to work collaboratively on a single project and second, we are learning about food and culture. Students will be working alone or with a partner to research and write about different types of foods we eat including the origins, cultural influences, history, and other information.

Students may access the Articles Rubric to find out how scores were determined.

Students should read over the Project Guidelines before proceeding.
